Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rekkd (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rekkd provides AI visibility analysis for restaurants. The Service queries multiple AI engines to assess how they perceive and recommend a given restaurant, then generates a report with scores, insights, and actionable recommendations.

Results are informational and based on AI model outputs at the time of analysis. They do not constitute business advice and may change as AI models are updated.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 3 checks per month. Paid plans have higher limits as described on the pricing page. Abuse of the Service (automated scraping, excessive requests, etc.) may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Reports generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may share, export, and use them in client presentations. The underlying algorithms, design, and codebase remain the property of Rekkd.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Rekkd is not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated reports, including but not limited to business decisions made based on report content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
